Rhino Post Safari Camp in Kruger Park has been specially designed and built to have minimal impact on the environment. Few permanent structures were used in the construction the camp. Low energy lighting, solar assisted power production, natural materials, raised walkways and bedrooms also add to reducing the impact on the environment. This safari camp in Kruger Park is the Kruger National Park's first private wilderness trails area. Rhino Walking Safaris has 12 000 hectares of private wilderness area in the Kruger National Park to explore. This private concession area shares a common boundary with the Mala Mala Game Reserve for 14km (8.7 miles).

Accommodation:
The entire camp is raised on stilts. Rhino Post Safari Camp accommodates a maximum of only 16 guests. The suites feature canvas walls, thatched roof and wooden floors. Each of the 8 luxury suites has an en suite bathroom with 'his and hers' basins, freestanding bath, separate toilet, and a private outdoor shower. Guests at Rhino Post Safari Camp can enjoy spectacular views of the Mutlumuvi riverbed.

Rhino Post Safari Camp is situated within a private wilderness area in the Kruger National Park, South Africa. This private concession consists of over 12 000 hectares of private wilderness.
How to get there: Directions to Rhino Post Camp/Plains Camp
From Johannesburg, take the N12 / N4 highway to Nelspruit. From Nelspruit, take the R40 through White River and onto Hazyview. At Hazyview turn right onto the R536 towards Paul Kruger Gate, Kruger National Park.
Once through the gate, drive straight for approximately 12km. You will reach a 4-way crossing. Proceed straight across for another 2km until you reach a T-junction. Turn left at this junction and continue for approximately one kilometre until you reach another 4-way crossing, turn right.
You will cross a low water bridge (over Sabi River), approximately 4km later you will cross the Sand River. Keep heading straight, past the dirt road on the left signposted Maroela Loop, 6km further, you will pass another dirt road, also signposted 'Maroela Loop'. Approximately one kilometre after the second dirt road you will see a dirt road on the left signposted 'Rhino Walking Safaris'.
Take this turning and proceed for 2.5km, the road will then turn sharply left, after which you will travel another 2.7km, leading you directly to Rhino Post.

Rhino Post Safari Camp offers unforgettable guided walking safaris with experienced and trained field guides. Morning and evening game drives at Rhino Post Safari Camp are conducted by professional guides in specially adapted safari vehicles.
Guests can look forward to unique dining experiences at Rhino Post Camp. These include riverbed breakfasts and dinners by candlelight, bush picnics and romantic starlight dinners.
Golfing excursions to the nearby Skukuza Golf Course can be arranged. This 9-hole (18 tees) golf course is situated near Skukuza Rest Camp in Kruger Park and has no fences.
