Lukimbi Safari Lodge is situated in the Lwakahle private concession in Kruger National Park. It is situated on the banks of the Lwakahle River.
This luxury safari lodge has a fully equipped functions centre, a gym and a pool. Othere features in the lodge include a bar, wine cellar and boma. Lukimbi Safari Lodge also has a health spa where guests can enjoy full beauty treatments.
Child Policy:
Children under the age of 12 years will be charged 50% of the adult rate. Families with children under the age of 5 years must reserve their own private vehicle. Baby sitting facilities will be available. Rates for baby sitting and private landrovers are available on request. There are activities for children, to teach them about the wildlife and African bush.

Accommodation:
The 16 luxury suites at Lukimbi Safari Lodge have en-suite bathrooms, private lounge and deck. There are 2 ultra luxurious suites each with its own private swimming pool, dining area and 2 bathrooms. Luxury features include beautiful views, telephones and laptop connections, as well as hairdryers, mini-bars and tea and coffee facilities.

Location:
Lukimbi Safari Lodge's concession is the biggest in the southern section of Kruger National Park, South Africa and is over 15 000 hectares (37 100 acres).
Directions to Malelane Gate:
From Johannesburg/Gauteng: follow the N4 out to Nelspruit. Continue through Nelspruit for approximately 60km (37.2 miles) where you must turn left to the Malelane Gate. From the gate, follow the Crocodile River Road (S25) until you see the sign indicating you to turn left to Lukimbi Safari Lodge in Kruger National Park, South Africa.

Activities:
The area surrounding Lukimbi Safari Lodge is home to the Big Five as well as White and Black Rhino. The many different species of birds will delight bird watchers.
Activities include daily game drives in open game viewing vehicles with an experienced ranger and tracker. There are 2 game drives daily lasting about 3 hours each. Bush walks are also offered, and long walks can be arranged as well.
Cool off in the swimming pool and enjoy a relaxing massage in the health spa. Lukimbi Safari Lodge's expert culinary staff will prepare delicious African cuisine and delicacies that will tickle your taste buds.
Kids' Programme:
Child minding for children under 12 is available from 5:30 am. The Safari Play Room is open from 7:00 to 13:00 and again from 16:00 onwards. A supervisor is present at all times to keep an eye on your children. Beautiful safari beds and cots are available on request at Lukimbi Safari Lodge.
Children's activities include: game drives, bushwalks, casting tracks, arts and crafts and treasure hunts. There are also interactive sessions with rangers, special boma dinners, Kids' dinners and picnics. Families with children over 3 years must reserve their own private game viewing vehicle. Rates for child minding and private Landrover are available on request. Unfortunately, no children under 2 are accepted.
