Morning and evening bush braais (barbecue) is a good way to mingle with your guides and other guests while enjoying traditional bush cuisine under the African sky. At night, huddle around the crackling camp fire, where you enjoy excellent food, great conversation, and the amazing sounds of the Kruger Park nocturnal world coming to life.

A new and exciting way to learn more about Kruger involves combining an afternoon and night game drive with sundowners in the bush, followed by an interesting and informative session on the Southern Hemisphere skies and African star lore.

As darkness falls, view the vast galaxy of stars that watch over Kruger from a large telescope set up in the bush. Experienced guides will take you through the Milky Way, answering all your questions in the process. Guests can view constellations such as the Southern Cross, Orion and Scorpio, and even the planets.
